Client’s husband sustained injuries and was on life-support. Without a guardian and conservator to sign necessary paperwork, he was in danger of being sent to a hospital without much-needed oxygen and specialty care. We were able to successfully petition for emergency (and regular) guardianship and special (and regular) conservatorship to ensure the paperwork was signed to keep him in the best medical situation available for his needs.
