What are your prices?
Attorney pricing is governed by ethical rules and depends on various factors, including the specific needs of each individual case and customary rates in a given area. Generally, our Probate cases (contested or uncontested), Trust Administration cases, Family Law matters, and Civil cases are charged hourly and require a retainer deposit. Retainer deposits are similar to a down payment and belong to the client until/unless earned at the hourly rate. Our Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Criminal cases are charged a flat rate. We also offer limited representation, depending on availability. Please set up an initial consultation for more information.
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Weld County Courthouse at 8213 W 20th St, Ste G, Greeley, CO 80634.
